The GR Consulting team has extensive experience in assisting organisations in the development of strategic business plans through the facilitation process. We believe that facilitation assists an organisation to harness its knowledge and resources and that a sound strategic plan can be developed with quality facilitation.

The facilitation process encourages a partnering approach that provides the full experience of all participants.

The process of facilitated strategic planning can generally be undertaken by consideration of the questions:

“where are we now”?

“where do we want to be”?

and “how do we get there”?

Our methodology for undertaking a strategic review is based on these principles and would generally consist of two workshops. Facilitated Workshop 1 would consider the first two questions and Workshop 2 would consider the final question.

Research, development and reporting activities would be undertaken in partnership with the client before and after each workshop.
