project managerThe GR Consulting story began in April 1999 with the realisation of a vision by Grant and Marilyn Reed to provide a range of innovative, specialised and client focused services to the health and aged care industry.

The passion and drive for making a difference in the aged care environment commenced for Grant Reed in the mid-1990’s when he was appointed the Project Director responsible for implementing the Commonwealths Certification Compliance program, which included managing the assessment of over 3000 aged care facilities throughout all states and territories of Australia. This project was of national significance and ultimately led to the formation of GR Consulting and to assisting a broad range of private, government and not for profit organisations in implementing strategies and upgrade and refurbishments works to meet certification compliance objectives.

Since its inception GR Consulting has grown to become one of the leading providers of project management and consulting services within the health, aged care and retirement living community by the provision of proactive, efficient and quality personalised services to all our clients no matter what size or status they hold within the industry.

Our reputation for continuing to provide “hands on”, experienced and client focused services is demonstrated by the large number of repeat clients we have maintained over this relatively long period and our willingness to explore and deliver new and innovative “state of the art” solutions to meet our clients vision for their project.
