  • A quality management implementation plan to be issued at the start of the project to all stakeholders indicating project governance and sign off processes.
  • A document control register that identifies the document version, distribution and sign off provisions.
  • A fully auditable and transparent delivery process.
  • All project representatives will be participants in the process.
  • Implementation of both issues and change control processes and registers that monitor issues / changes, impacts, responsibility, status and sign off.
