GR Consulting recognises that a proactive approach is fundamental to managing project risks.

A key part of our risk management approach will be to identify all key risks for the project and instigate strategies and procedures to mitigate our client’s exposure to these risks.

GR Consulting has minimised risks on many past complex projects and the essential elements of the projects strategy are communication and control. We will implement project management structures to ensure transparency at each stage of the project, enabling decisions and risks to be monitored via the following register process:

  • Risk Register
  • Issues Register
  • Change Control Register

These working documents will be regularly updated and be presented on a monthly basis to the client or as part of the PCG meeting reports.
