We offer the option of “total project management” whereby GR Consulting would manage a project from its initial conception and investigation through to final handover.

On larger projects, or where close supervision is required due to the complexity of construction, GR Consulting would provide a full time Site Superintendent to supervise all contract works to practical completion.

We understand that the Project Manager will provide the client services in conjunction with the Architectural Design Team, Quantity Surveyor and Building Surveyor.

GR Consulting would be responsible for managing the entire consultant team. It will be our responsibility to ensure that there are no gaps in the scope of services and that each consultant will commit the necessary resources required to deliver a quality outcome  for the project.

As part of our proven management systems, GR Consulting will implement effective project controls and compliance management systems involving internal and external audits, project reports and management reviews.

GR Consulting is cognisant that effective program management will be key to ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within the allocated budget. Key programming initiatives undertaken by GR Consulting will include:

  • Ensuring that all parties take ownership and commit resources to achieve all target dates and financial parameters.
  • Provide a realistic time frame for client representatives to make decisions.
  • Ensuring that all decisions made are final and not subject to change.
  • Ensuring that suitable contingency plans are in place for any unforeseeable issues that may arise during the project works.
