The passion and drive for making a difference in the aged care environment commenced for Grant Reed in the mid-1990’s when he was appointed the Project Director responsible for implementing the Commonwealths Certification Compliance program, which included managing the assessment of over 3000 aged care facilities throughout all states and territories of Australia.
